The Total area of Corbett nation park is 1318.54 square kilometers. Jim Corbett has tiger populations of 160, that makes this park the most significant bastion of this species in India. 

How to reach: Ramnagar is around 5 hours drive from New Delhi.

Things to do in park: Drive around the park to catch a glance of the wildlife, try angling at Kosi river, enjoy the Corbett falls

Opening & Closing times: Best to go to the park is from mid November to mid June. The Park is open from early morning 6 am to 10 am and then from 2 pm to 6 pm. The Park charges are 200/- INR for domestic and 1000/- INR for a foreigner.

The closest domestic airport is Chandigarh and runs scheduled flights in major cities likes New Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad and Bangalore. The closest International Airport is at New Delhi. 


train By Train: 

Manali is not easily approachable by rail. The nearest broad gauge railheads are at Chandigarh (275 km), Pathankot (325 km) and Kalka (310 km). The adjoining narrow gauge railhead is at Joginder Nagar (135 kilometers). The beauty of Kullu can be enjoyed to the fullest if you opt to go to Manali on a bus or taxi. It is better to take a taxi; one can stop and enjoy the scenery closely.

The Himachal Road Transport Corporation is operating its buses to the important places and connects the neighbouring town and states. Manali can be reached from Delhi by national highway NH-1 passing through NH-22 and NH-21. The total road distance from Delhi to Manali is 566 km. Buses (Volvo) on this route are available from all major bus terminals.

At the Manali bus stand, there are two cubicles, which do automated reservation for buses. The reservations can be done one month in advance. Both private and state government buses are providing services to the people.

Hawa Mahal- Palace of the Winds

Hawa Mahal was built in 1799 by King Sawai Pratap Singh and designed by Ustad Lal Chand. The Structure has been design in shape of crown of Hindu's God Shri Krishna. A red & pink sandstone is a high screen wall built with 953 small windows also called "jharokha" so that the royal women could watch the everyday life at streets, without being seen. This is located near to the City Palace. Now it is a icon of Jaipur tourism and biggest tourist attraction point. From the top of the Mahal, You can see a nice view of Aravli Hills and the City.

Jal Mahal means Water Palace, Built by Sawai Pratap Singh and renovated and enlarged by Maharaja Jai Singh II in 18th century.

This is surrounded by Man Sagar Lake lake, which is spread in 301 acres. The Mahal is situated in north of Jaipur City and lies between Amer Fort. The Aravali Hills are enclosed to Lake from north, west and east side while southern side consists of the beautiful Jaipur City. This is the five storied building, out of which four floors remains under water when the lake gets full and the top floor is exposed for view.


City Palace- Diwan-I-Khas

This palace is situated in the center of the city comprising of Chandra Mahal and Mubarak Mahal. The Mubarak Mahal is the museum with the collection of royal formal textiles and clothes such as shawls, sarees etc.
The Chandra Mahal is the seven storied building on the west end comprising of unique paintings, floral decorations and mirror work on walls. The ground floor is only accessible to the visitors with museum housing manuscripts, carpets and other items belonging to the royal family.
